They are rare to find in most packaging but the new Fleet Foxes has it and i have come across other CDs with this. Otherwise, yeah, paper cases are nicer. Talk about a tangible product; directly touching the artwork instead of it being behind a plastic wall is a very nice tactile perk. They always seem more special too. This may be because many came to know paper cases through albums' special editions.
