The Latest AiR: Ancient Astronauts

As we revamp the section of our site known as Artists-in-Residence, we’re in search of adding artists we believe embody our tagline of “Meaningful Culture Exists.” In short, we’re adding musicians or bands who can join the ongoing conversation of what it means to be considerate and thoughtful of creating meaningful art and explain the thought process behind it. This also means these artists can keep us updated on their creative endeavors.

With these ideas in mind, it’s our pleasure to present our latest Artist-in-Residence: Ancient Astronauts. We recently featured the German hip-hop duo with an interview to highlight their debut release, We Are To Answer. The disc is a fantastic mix of several genres, an organic studio approach, and impressive live instrumentation. Simply put, it’s some of the best hip-hop to be released this year (especially the bangin’ track “Classic” featuring The Pharcyde).
