In our recent interview with Or, the Whale, vocalist Alex Robbins informed us, “I would love for people to listen to the record a bunch of times and just allow it to become whatever it is that you want it to become”. An honest statement from a member of a band playing simple, honest music driven by dramatic harmonies and beautiful instrumentation. Or, the Whale have just released their second full-length record on Seany records, and “Rusty Gold” is our first listen to a track from the new album.
