Rothbury 2009: Day 2… Today, We. Rock. Soft.

Coffee on the stove no sooner than 12pm, then info sesh at the media tent. We are educated about the ‘tree decorating contest’, and promised interviews with artists ‘on the fly’. More impressive still is the humanitarian efforts that Rothbury represent and support. From the Conscience Can food drive (breaking records from last year’s 16,000 lbs, more than any other music festival this year and last) to sustainability education, Rothbury does a good job of addressing real issues in the midst of the revelries.
